Frame:
Leather Italias use of computerized saws and routers on kiln dried select solid hard wood consistantly exceed the industry standards for quality and construction. The frame materials are glued, nailed and screwed together to provide a lifetime of dependable service.
Seating Suspension :
The seating is constructed using a super strength, high quality "Pirelli Webbing" system in all of the frames in Leather Italia. The webbing is laced front to back and side-to-side to provide a lifetime of consistant comfort and support. Fine automakers such as Mercedes-Benz and Porsche use the same type of seating in their car's leather interior.
Cushions:
Only the highest quality seating and padding materials available in todays market are used by Leather Italia. The seating is made of 2.5 high-density memory foam cell that will provide years of support and comfort.
